ich lebe in Mainz das ist in Rhein land pfalz und ich suche eine kungfu schule in mainz oder in wiesbaden aber eine gute schule am besten mit echten shaolin mönchen oder chinesiche lehrer die das shaolin kungfu unterrichten ich würde mich freuen wenn sie mir weiter helfen können mit freundlich Grüßen S.saadat |

| Ch’uan Fa Oranization The Netherlands
I profocate you and any other combatsport practitioner, who wants to learn a defence-sport, and that is Ch’uan Fa Kempo. Ch’uan Fa Kempo : What is it? In the early days, we would say Shaolin Kempo, a concept. But also a concept, that everybody used or abused. Shaolin Kempo is a style, that is worthy of!!! How the Ch’uan Fa Kempo took shape: Kihon – Basic technics The kihon is, in fact, nothing else then the perfectioning of the basic movement. Of the three basic-elements, Kihon, Saifa & Kumite, is the Kihon the most important. If the Ch’uan Fa Kempo-practitioner doesn’t know the basic technics very well, then you will see this expression in the Saifa en Kumite. On account of the highly repeatfrequency of one only technic, the Ch’uan Fa Kempo-practitioner sharps physical and psychic his shape. In physical sense, it’s the right position of your feet and body-attitude, combined with a pure movement, breathing and musculartension. Mentally the Kihon is the spirit of the Ch’uan Fa Kempo-practioner. Sometimes, it is tempting to think, that you know the technic, because you recognise the movement. But a technic is never finished. Saifa’s - Soloshapes In the arts of war, this concept is a determined shape of a sequence of technics, in which, approaches and combatstrategies against an aggressor, are hidden. At first sight, you can not allways see from the movements, which uses the technics contains. The originally application of the movements, the so-called bunkai, are sometimes in the progress, partial lost. Honestly said, some movements are still not clear enough inside the Saifa’s. A problem, where every generation will be confronted. The originally idea of Saifa sprouts from China. The quan (Saifa) with his bunkai, often circulated ‘secretly’ by a master to a select group of trainees. Kumite - Companionexercises The ‘classical’ Ch’uan Fa Kempo instruction existed in particular of kihon, kumite and saifa, through developing of several companionexercises. Specially the traingshapes kihon-kumite and kumite-saifa, are explicite for this style. In these companionexercises, the three basicprincipels of the Ch’uan Fa Kempo come very strongly to express. How will you find the Yin-Yang (Pa-Kwa) in the Ch’uan Fa Kempo and how will it be used? In the Kumite’s, it goes like this: White stands for softly and Red (Black) stands for ruthless. The attacker (Uke) is ruthless (red) en the defender (Tori) is softly (white). Tori guides the attack of Uke onward, such as the sign Sun (wind and fully flexible). But in Red, there is a white dot, that means Tori can rebat also very hard. Also in the Saifa’s (keun’s), this will be a very good expression by the manners of the movements from high to low and from ruthless to softly (ibuki Keun). The colour of the Gi (Uniform) are in general Red (white) Black. We offered you a style, that is describe in word and picture (dvd). So you can allways look or read back, how it goes and there is no annoyance anymore. As a Organization, we do not look to the grade (ribbon) that you have. We want to instruct you to the level that you are wearing. We are talking about mutual respect. The Ch’uan Fa Organization Netherlands (CON) admits you!
